Went here to get one of their famous sausage biscuits... it 's not the same as it use to be. Biscuits were so cold. Hard. Asked the lady in the back to put it in the microwave. Then went to get coffee. Coffee was gross, no creamer out. The whole coffee station was out of everything. Workers on their phones instead of replacing everything. Floor was dirty. On top of that, the buffet station was out from I guess the day before?? And it was filled with dirty moldy water. Then the lady working proceeds to yell at me about my service animal. It was really embarrassing because I brought my family with me who were in town, because I was bragging how good their breakfast was... will not be back.

Terrible customer service waitress did not acknowledge that we were in line or evenin the building We left and the people that came in after us left also. I had heard great things about their food but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try it. Hint (hire people with a smile and good customer service your bottom line with increase and your servers will make great tips it's a win win)

Poor customer service. Cashier rude and I guess I won't be stopping there anymore. Please thank you or made a have good day would be nice.

Amazing poboys and biscuits! My fave is the smoked sausage biscuit, but everything is so good and home cooked! Highly recommend!

$10.99!! And this is all the shrimp you get… The flavor is good and I used to love this place but I hate to say I guess I’ll have to seek somewhere else for shrimp poboys.
