Popped in today for a coffee and perhaps a slice of cake. Was seated. A table of 4 come in after us and was seated. We were blanked for a good ten minutes and then the waitress went to take their order. We left. She didn’t even acknowledge us then. Unbelievable how poor her customer service was. Love it here, have had lunch regularly with different family members. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. They cater for all dietary requirements and are easily accessible for prams and wheelchairs. Good value for money too. One of my favourites places! We had a party here for my wife's 40th birthday. The team were fantastic through the planning and absolutely brilliant on the night.
