Stella's Kitchen Bakery - Billings

This place had some great reviews but our expectations were quickly dashed when we waited 50 minutes for our food to arrive only to find it cold. What a let down for our one meal in Billings. Three stars only because I stopped at the bakery counter on my way out and the people there were nice. I would not go back even if I was in Billings for a week!

Great food and location! My partner and I had some freshly squeezed orange juice, burrito and French toast breakfast. And one thing I have to say about the French toast is the best I've ever had. You can say that it was made a freshly baked bread here and it was made so good, I will probably dream about it a few days. After a stay at the best western next door, it was a perfect pick-up before hitting the road again. I'm back.

Do we think this place is less than 5 stars here? Absolutely amazing food, service and price. I was recommended to go here for a “good breakfast” on my work trip to Montana, and I owe the person a great deal of thanks for the exchange of this place. Now thank me when you read this and visit here. For food: I ordered sausages engraving (has a kick I love), scrambled eggs, cheddar bacon hash brown bite (crispy outside, totally moist core with cheese or acid cream I can not say but amazing, and side of Cheddar diving. So creative and tasty) and small large pancakes that are not small at all. I also ordered coffee to refill. The bill comes to $17.55 and I'm shocked by the ugly part of the food against the price here. It would probably be $40 before tax and tip in California and NYC. The service is amazing, the atmosphere is super chill, very family friendly. My server was Maryanne. She was so hospitable and professional, and she answered all my questions. You can say that many of the customers are regular guests and employees need to go beyond and beyond to build that almost families like type of atmosphere. Recommend this place and will be back in Montana next time!

Amazing breakfast! Chicken fried steak was excellent. Sausage was delicious. Omelette, pancakes and cinnamon roll were also amazing!

So last time I was brutally honest. Now it's under new ownership for a while. I just didn't leave. That's what WOW said. It's much better. We had a great breakfast this morning. Thanks for the friendly service and good food.
