Pizza Hut - Billings

Zero stars if I could. We ordered delivery on the app. I kept checking the tracking info and it said in the oven. After 30 minutes I tried calling and it kept saying could not be transferred. Finally the manager called me and informed me that they hadno delivery drivers to bring our food. I asked how long it had been sitting and she said probably 30 minutes. Not once did sheoffer to deliver the food or at the very least make us fresh food and we would come pick it up. Her attitude was she did notcare. It wasn?t there fault so either come get food after it?s been sitting for half an hour or do without. We did get a refundbut everything was then closed so no food tonight after our long 10 hour trip.

Always friendly, fast and good for making sure I have everything in my orders before I I'm out the door! When orders aren't placed thru the DD App, DD drivers do not have a list of the items ordered... It's comforting to know they've got my back!Thanks, Guys!

I’m quite disappointed that we often receive cold pizza when we order, and they don’t offer wings either. Additionally, our pizza arrived over 45 minutes late, and the driver forgot the soda. Overall, not a great experience.

If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would. I ordered food and it took an hour to arrive. When it finally did, the delivery driver had mistakenly delivered my order to someone else and seemed to be intoxicated. I called the restaurant, and the manager said they would need to remake my order. This meant I would have to wait another hour, so my food wouldn’t arrive until after 8 PM. Eventually, I was able to get a refund on my credit card, but the manager blamed the issue on DoorDash, which I didn’t even use to place my order. I will never order from them again.

It took a little while for someone to come and take my order after I knocked on the counter, but once my order was in, the wait for the pizza was reasonable. The pizza itself was excellent, and the employees were great too.
