Knockout Smoothie Co - Billings

I have to rate this place a 0/10. Honestly, I don’t often write reviews, but this experience was simply unacceptable. The staff took care of two other orders before ours, and we waited over 30 minutes for just two açaí bowls and one smoothie. I definitely do not recommend this place. I finished my smoothie before the açaí bowls even arrived, and then we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for those! This has been the worst food experience I've had, and it’s astonishing how long it took to fulfill such a simple order—other açaí shops can have it ready in under 5 minutes!

I enjoyed an amazing Acai bowl yesterday, filled with fresh fruit and delicious toppings. It was genuinely the best Acai bowl I've ever had. Keep up the fantastic work!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They patiently explained all the options and provided suggestions for substitutions. The smoothies and refreshers were truly delightful!

I tried the Samoa cookie shake today, and it was incredible! I'll definitely be coming back for more! Both this shake and the peanut butter cup are fantastic!

The customer service and smoothies here are consistently outstanding!
