Ebon Coffee Collective - Billings

Three words: unsweetened matcha latte! Almost nowhere else in billings, and Ebon's is great! Awesome service and not to mention much needed caffeine for a trip to wise wonders. Thanks for being awesome!

Ebon offers great coffee and beverage choices. We love that they serve flavors and items uniquely theirs and made in house. Tasty breakfast items, kombuchas, coffee based beverages, and more. The baristas are personable and helpful. Only flaw for us is the atmosphere: Ebon shares a large industrial space with a children's museum/activity center that can be quite noisy. Ebon has limited seating options, but the live plants and local art and gifts are fun!

Ebon is one of the best coffee shops in Billings. The owner, Lenny, is so kind and accommodating. Their coffee is truly top notch and the food is unique and creatively delicious. Always amazing service from their carefully selected barista crew. Definitely check it out!!

This place slaps. They make their coffee with love. Highly recommend. And get breakfast there too. Kid-friendliness: Diaper changing stations and kid friendly options for food and drink.
