I stood at the counter for 25 minutes before being acknowledged. 35 minutes after that... When my order came out, it was the wrong drink and the food was not warmed up.

Went here 2 days in a row when visiting and they did perfect on my tricky order both days. And the guy working on Sunday was so good! Great service!

I love City Brew on 27 Street only because they make so good coffee and I like how they make it always taste soooo good! I believe they train baristas very well there than in other locations.

I got a coffee granita and was superb! Never been a fan of frozen coffee as it’s always too sweet but this was 10/10. Caitlyn D. was super polite and knowledgeable!
