Arby's - Billings

Had a nice little lunch date with the wife! Good food and polite service!

I don't usually write reviews for fast food restaurants because the service is usually not great, but the Arby's in Billings Heights surpassed any experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I placed my order and the employees were very patient and professional. When I asked if they offered a veteran discount, they confirmed that they did. When I went to pay at the window, not only did they give my dogs chicken nuggets, but they also covered the cost of my meal! They wouldn't even accept my card. I have been comped a meal before when I was in uniform on active duty, but being a 100% disabled veteran, this was an incredibly special gesture. Arby's has now become my number one fast food place in town, especially with their fresh new menu.

Tammy took our order. She was very helpful, made sure all of our questions were answered. Tammy went the extra mile to just be friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.

I'm disappointed to write this review, but unfortunately, after repeatedly asking for hot sauce at the drive-thru order board, again at the window, and confirming it a third time when I received my food, the hot sauce was still missing.

I used to love Arby's but this particular restaurant is getting a very low rating from me because the bathrooms are extremely dirty and smelly. It used to be that gas stations had the worst bathrooms, but this Arby's has taken it to a new level of filth. I wanted to leave the facility immediately but I remembered I needed to zip up my pants first. Do not go here if you think you may need to use the restroom.
