Excellent Service, Food Outstanding, Host Very Friendly. The host's where very Friendly with me and my Guests. They went out of there way to ensure we were very happy. The Entertainment was very good also. If i visit Bilbo Again, i will most definitely call...in again..

I visited this small eatery/bar in Bilbao. It is situated right in the centre of Bilbao. The Spanish couple Pepe and Miren who run it are very courteous and friendly. We had numerous pinchos made fresh on the premises daily. We booked a Sunday lunch...which consisted of 2-3 starters 2 main courses and a dessert. This was washed down by a few glasses of Rioja during the meals and finished by a local alcoholic digestive. The bar is visited by friendly locals throughout the day and night and all make you feel very welcome and included. I would recommend a visit to this small and friendly bar/Restraunt if you are in Bilbao. Well worth a visit. Lovely food and lovely people.

I found this little bistro Rincon de Conil' while walking around the city and I was very pleasantly surprised by my discovery. A friendly cafe/bistro with a small area of ​​terrace seating, located on the busy Licenciado Poza near the busy shopping area and a...More The bistro has the appearance of a beautifully decorated cafe bar, while downstairs is an intimate seating area with tables for 12 people. The cafe was quite busy and everyone seemed free from the food. I was informed by a fellow man that the cuisine is typically Asdalucian (south of Spain) and it has proved to be a real taste of Mediterranean sunshine on the north coast! The friendly coffee bar was full of people chatting and enjoying nice looking mouthwash snacks. I watched the menu board, which showed an array of dishes I didn't recognise, but decided to try the snail-shaped fillets, freshly fried in a tempura-style batter. I enjoyed every morcel with a wonderful Mediterranean ragout and fresh crusty bread. Light and extremely flavorful I was told they are locally referred to as pimprimmausse." I will most certainly pay a return visit to this wonderful ice cream, a real hidden gem and a very pleasant surprise. Any visitor to Bilbao would highly recommend trying the meal to visit and enjoy, you will not be disappointed.
