So here it is! My family and I visited your institution on 07/28/23 at 1:00 p.m. THE STAFF FLOATS INTO THE MENU. Ordered: Khinkali with cheese Khinkali with beef Khinkali with chicken We waited a long time! The beef, chicken and dough of all the khinkali were raw. The administrator came with a fork, checked, agreed with the fact that it is not possible to eat it and what do you think... no apologies, no... she said, we will delete these items from the check. ok ok Tarragon was brought to the child. I really asked that the drink was not cold. No! Everything was the other way around. ok ok They ordered warm cola in a bottle. They brought a cold and dirty bottle. We ordered Adjarian bul very tasty! Ordered cheburek! Oh, and here we were in for a surprise. The meat is sour and raw. There was no longer a desire to be called an administrator. We paid on the check and left a bit for the waiter). Beautiful interior, dishes, atmosphere. Resume: Dear Owner! As long as you and the staff do not prepare and check the dishes yourself, there will be no impact on the waiters ' knowledge of the menu and etiquette!!!!!! Unfortunately, we have no desire to visit you in the near future and we cannot recommend you to friends. Take it not as a sarge, but as an appeal. Wish you success.
Tried to visit this place twice. The first visit was in the spring of 2023, then we entered the establishment, there was only a bartender in the premises, we asked if the establishment was open, because there were no guests, the bartender confirmed that it was. We sat on the terrace for 25 minutes, the waiter never came to us, we decided to leave and have dinner elsewhere. They wanted to visit the establishment for the second time on September 10, 2023, they called to reserve a table, the girl-administrator conducted a conversation in Russian to the man 's remark Why do you communicate with customers in Russian? instead of an apology, they heard the phrase: We are not clients, we are guests. They decided not to visit the facility. Perhaps, for some, the language issue is out of time, but I remind you that this is a public catering establishment, where service must be provided in the Ukrainian language on legal grounds.
Pleasant establishment, delicious cuisine. We ordered Lakhmanjun and Givi set, delicious ribs, and chacha tincture as a gift. The impressions are positive. We will recommend to friends and visit more often. The only downside is that it is difficult to find the establishment, because the name is hard to see. I was at your place the other day, I really liked the food and drinks. Friendly and polite staff, dishes were served very quickly and with high quality. I especially liked khinkali with cheese and beef pilaf. Thank you very much to your institution for the warm welcome and pleasant atmosphere of your institution! Quite tasty food, but service and bathroom The toilet is dirty, like a gas station. It is cleaner at gas stations... This despite the fact that there were almost no people... the rim of the toilet is covered in drops, it is unpleasant to use... There is so much dust on the shelves with flowers that you can write with your finger... I don't want to come back here...
