Domino's Pizza Biggleswade

The wait times were lengthy, but both the food and service were good, even though we placed our order just before closing time.

I never had a problem with dominos, but today it is. for the children ordered and it took 2 hours the app said it was delivered so that I called them and the girl on the phone says oh I'm sorry it should be there in the next 15 minutes. ok so that it doesn't cut and just warm kids wanted it so no point to send it back so we told the kids the shops that move, so they don't have to get it anymore

After placing the order online they called to say delivery would be 2 hours! So opted to collect instead, be ready on 20 minutes. Got there 20 minutes later was told 5 minutes, waited 10 then told pizza was ready but they hadn't made the side pizza bread that wolf be another 5 minutes. Swapped it for wedges as they were ready got half a box of luke warm wedges. Poor customer service, disorganised, staff spend more time on their phones that working. Won't be going back.

While it was late, the driver graciously returned with the missing items about an hour later, probably on his last delivery of the night. I don't know what the young staff are facing, but I truly hope things improve for them! I’m giving 5 stars because everyone deserves kindness like I received tonight. I appreciate their efforts and understanding!

The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the establishment was clean and well-organized. However, to be honest, the pizza wasn't the best I've ever had.
