Buzz N Bagels - BIGFORK

Been meaning to write a review for a while. I’ve been disappointed in the service and quality of beverages for a while. The staff doesn’t seem happy to serve customers. It’s hard to get much of a greeting or a smile from anyone. This last visit we ordered a hot chocolate and all we got was the steamed milk. Someone forgot to add the chocolate. I don’t think I’ll be back. No fun getting poor quality drinks, wrong drinks and seeing unhappy staff.

They worked with me to make a new drink and was absolutely delicious. The customer service was amazing. I also got a roast beef bagel sandwich with horseradish cream cheese and it still tasted like horseradish. Tasted delicious. Highly recommendFood: 5/5

Stopped in on the way to Yellowstone and the only barista working did a great job servicing the drive thru and all 9 of us!! Food was good too.Food: 5/5

These ladies do an awesome job especially putting up with me and my ice habit because of a medical condition.... The FLATHEAD is the best ... And my iced caramel breve with 5 shots of coffee....Keep up the good work ladies!!! YOU TRULY DO ROCK!!!!
