Service was great. Food was terrible for the price. 2 of us got the buffalo ribeye and came out completely raw sent it back 3 times, then it was so chewy and still raw we ended up not even eating it. You barely get any food for $58 a plate. Walkability: Can walk to better places to eat

Stopped in for a late afternoon lunch at the Grand on the main drag in Big Timber. Burgers all around except for one in our company had a fish sandwich. We sampled the coffee rubbed burger, the rodeo and the bison burger. The burgers appeared to be hand formed except maybe for the bison burger frozen? but still cooked to perfection and tasty). $19 $22. Three buck upcharge for fries over chips. Three of us tried a pint of a most excellent Maple Boch beer. Great friendly service, easy to get a table, nice beer selection $6 a pint).

Beautiful old hotel has been refurbished! We had a room with attached bathroom. The restaurant is a old time saloon and is beautiful as well. We had a delicious breakfast and our waitress was exceptional! She kept our coffee cups full and her service was great! This is a good place to stay and eat! 5 stars

Didn't stay at the hotel but the food here is some of the best we've had after 6 weeks in Montana. Highly recommend the chicken picatta. Decent beer and bourbon selection as well. Service was excellent and atmosphere is good. Live music on the weekends, so stop by if you're in the area.
