Mcalister's Deli - Big Spring

We were traveling and chose this place for lunch. There were two cooks and one person taking orders, and over eight tables needed to be cleaned off, many with half-eaten plates of food. Unfortunately, our lunch wasn't very good. I really felt for the staff, as they were doing their best given the circumstances. One customer even ended up going to Dairy Queen because he didn't want to wait. It took us 20 minutes to receive our food. They definitely need more help at this location. Service was dine-in.

We arrived today just after 7 PM and ordered three sandwiches. We didn't get any drinks, just some broccoli and a bag of chips as our only sides. Now it's 7:50, and we're still waiting. There are others who arrived before us still waiting as well. I'm not sure what's happening, but this is the slowest and worst service we've ever experienced here. Unfortunately, my experience started off on the wrong foot before I even entered the restaurant. First, I noticed that the item I was most interested in on the menu is only available to reward members. What?! I’m just passing through, and since there aren’t any McAlister's locations near me, I’m not going to join your membership. Secondly, their website doesn't display prices, especially for their spuds. This is quite frustrating.
