Ousel & Spur Pizza Co - Big Sky

Seems there is a common theme about the owner woman at the hostess. We went in and asked her table. She immediately told us to sit in the bar. When we said we didn't want to sit at the bar with three other people, she said we had to wait. She went straight to the table and cleaned him. She told us it was 20 to 30 minutes away. We said something about the table and she told us he was reserved. My friend asked me if I wanted to wait? Immediately because you blurred that we can eat in another restaurant next door, where the food is good! I was extremely shocked and said I appreciate you, yelling at us. She seems to have a small chip on her shoulder and not so friendly. The funny thing is, I think she chooses and chooses who wants to eat it in her restaurant. All other restaurants were quite empty. It was surprising how she was waiting. If you want a pleasant dinner in the big sky, don't go here. Do not support people who are simply unlawful.

Very enjoyed my time! With the low staff and the high volume of people visiting here, I was impressed by the service of my bar tender Jon. When I arrived at tables were empty, but reserved, I would reserve one of the tables before the time. They first come to serve bar seats, but this is small and limited. Eating was amazing and the drinks on point. I really enjoyed being at the bar, even knowing that it was small, it was a nice opportunity to chat with locals and visitors, Jon was a pleasure to talk about places and things while in the area. Again, most places in the city seem to be booked most nights so plan reservations for the establishments you plan to eat. I would recommend this as one of these facilities.

Visited Big Sky and everything about the city is wonderful EXCEPT Ousel Spur. We have dined here once and the experience was bad. Okay, we all make mistakes. We gave them a second chance. We then came back at another night to order a pizza to go, and the lady who works the front could not have been a row. She ripped a menu out of my wife's hands, admired other guests who asked questions and was rude all around. Plenty of service and disappointing experience. Strongly recommend to try other restaurants where they actually want your business.

Great, gourmet pizza joint. I landed here twice. Also great salads and we loved the Bison carpaccio

Wow, treating customers so rudely is a total understatement for the customer experience at this pizzeria. The owner is so arrogant that she thinks she is doing customers a favor to sell a pizza pie. After waiting long time for a table with a small kid, we opted for a take out. As soon as we paid, the owner told us to wait for another 50 mins for one pizza pie! We asked to cancel the take out order, but the woman became so angry and said ?you should never enter my restaurant again?. Incredible! We are global trekkers and are attracted to the natural beauty of Big Sky and genuinely kind people in Montana. What a disappointment! When we encounter people who are ugly inside out, the best thing to do is to spread the words and share the experience with fellow travelers to stay away from indecency and bad business practice. Stay away from this place! Plenty of great restaurants in Big Sky! Big Sky deserves better!
