So, I just tried a big online order in.the app had problems. I called in my order for battle with online order for 20 min. Nice young man answered my order I asked if I could get the online special due to the problems with online ordering. He said there are many people with the same problem as me. Let me ask my manager. He asked manager said absolutely not.. I said well, then I go to one of the other 5 pizza places in town. The young man told his manager that they would get rid of this whole order. I can hear the conversation they have. Manager said no and that. By saying who this manager is on 11/19 1:05, should not be a manager and must learn some customer service, especially if it is online with the problem...
I went in today and they only had pepperoni hot and ready. The girl said all they had, and I told her that was good because I was in a hurry. She said everything would take time. I said well, I'm just gonna do what? She set the register to take my payment and to the left. Payment made she came back to my pizza going out of the drive thru window. She smiled and said my pizza will be ready in a few minutes. Really, if she had finished her job instead of leaving, I would have had lunch. I asked for a manager who wasn't helping him to make a refund. I asked for the county leader's number. A guy went out and said he was. I told him what happened. I told him about another time for the lunch deal and there were pizzas and it was 10 minutes before the deal. The girl at the counter made a safe drop and I said it was okay. She finished the drop asked me what I wanted and when I asked her for the lunch break that was still in the heater, she told me that it was too late to get it. I told the district manager about both experiences and his answer was that we do the best we can. No offer of apology no offer of a free pizza. Nothing, but probably both orders have happened at the same time. Next time order on the line. So much too hot and ready. So much for good customer service. If she got the pizza instead of leaving, it wouldn't have been a problem. Don't give them another chance!
We accidentally spilled the sauce on my car on the drive through the window. The guy who works leaned his whole body out of the window to clean it for me. He gave me a new sauce. 10/10 delicious food and great staff.
This location is one of the best I've been to for making Little Cesar's pizza. It's never over or undercooked. Having to constantly use the drive-thru to pick up my order is an inconvenience.
