Contribuiți la feedbackAwful customer service. We have tried eating at this bistro multiple times and have tried calling in advance to make reservations but no one ever answers. We end up driving there to check if there are tables available and each time there are tables available and tables that have not been cleaned yet and we end up get turned away with no real answer but we are too busy . This place is great and has potential but they need to work on some things.
Wow! You must go to eat at the Bistro. I was visiting Sheridan and came to see the museum, the family house and the Brinton Bistro. As others have said, the architecture and view of the mountains is outstanding and impressive. I also enjoyed all the floral beds and statues on the outside of the property. The Western theme exhibits in the museum are very impressive. Take your time reading all the details of the exhibits. On the upper floor of the building is the charming, well decorated Bistro. I ordered the Avocado Tartar and was surprised by the delightful presentation of the plate, as well as the umami flavor of the dish. The mushrooms were excellent. I even ate the dandelion, LOL. I had a nice glass of white wine with the meal, which made it all perfect. If the weather permits, sit outside, or just walk out on the balcony to take photos of the view of the beautiful mountains and pastures.
First of all, location. You can't get a more authentic feel of Sheridan/Big Horn than at the Brinton. Their newly built museum is amazing and the view of the mountains could not be more beautiful. I would recommend to come out here for a relaxing lunch. They have recently opened for lunch every day and their lunch specials are very unique and delicious as well as the prices will range from $10-15 per plate. I also believe that they have their own garden that they harvest from. This will definitely be the first place where I recommend friends to go for lunch, especially if they're from out of town, and I am looking forward to trying their brunch on Sundays!
Lunch was delicious and felt safe with all the pandemic protocols. Hurry though, the bistro is only open for lunch Friday to Sunday and closes on October 5 for the season
Absolute best kept secret in Big Horn! I visit this area about once a year and they got a new cook from my last visit and it was phenomenal this morning. On Sundays they just have brunch, buffet style, which is hard to do with high quality food but they hit the nail on the head. Bottomless mimosas are awesome, the food is super delicious, the waitresses are great, and you have a great view for breakfast. Probably some of the best biscuits and gravy I've had aside from my mother's, the veggie bisque is full of flavor, and my boyfriend loved the salmon. Highly recommend coming here for a relaxed Sunday morning!
