Socal Marketplace - Big Bear Lake

This restaurant features three dining options: American-style Chinese food, a salad bar, and a taco stand. I chose the Chinese food and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions for the price. The quality of the food is also quite good. It is a bit unusual to see yellow and red curry combined with teriyaki sauce, but to my surprise, it actually works. While I wouldn't say it's exceptional (thus the three-star rating), it's important to remember that you're at a ski resort, so it's best to adjust your expectations for high-end Chinese cuisine. On the positive side, the service was quick, there is plenty of seating, and it's conveniently located near the lifts. Overall, not too bad!
