Carl's Jr. - Big Bear Lake

It was a quickie grab and bite and flee. We each had a breakfast sandwich before hitting the road. It was very good.

I had to pick up some snacks before hitting the trail. They were fully staffed, which allowed them to get the food out quick.

I want to give a big shout-out to Michael S. Every time I visit this Carl's Jr., he does an amazing job. He is always friendly, my orders are consistently accurate, and he always checks to see if I need any condiments. After handing me my order, he kindly wishes me a nice day! Keep up the great work, Michael S!!

Hello everyone, I want to caution you about this Carl's Jr. They claim to open at noon, but they often close before their posted hours. They consistently fail to correct wrong orders, and if they do, it's done with great reluctance. I've never encountered such poorly managed staff that have continued operating for so many years! As a local resident, I don't believe anyone should eat here. I've even gotten sick from their food. Corporate needs to step in and completely revamp the staff. Proceed with caution!

The burgers were tasty, but unfortunately, they ran out of napkins. I give it 3 stars because the red-headed staff member at the counter had an attitude as if they were doing everyone a favor by being there.
