Chen - Bien Hoa

My wife and I have often gone after the past. they have recently rebuilt the restaurant (new owners) and renamed it 888, but they kept the same good food - a lot of Korean and wn style bbq, nudge, rice and soup. beautiful clean, modern space for couples to relax and share a meal. expect them to pay 300,000 to 600,000 wnd for a filling. the service seems to have improved since the reopening of chen. they are faster to delete their empty teller and refill tee what I guess. in any case worth a try!
