13900 Cocktail Bar Restaurant - BIELLA

There are some cocktail bars that sticks out of the crowd, for they offer a variety of exclusive drinks that are the analogous of chef cuisine in starred restaurants. 13900 is definitely one of those. A nice environment, with well trained staff, welcomes you to this cocktail house. You can have interesting food, high quality spirits (whiskey and gin in particular), but you cannot miss the great list of cocktails they serve. A lot of fantasy and creativity gives birth to exquisite delicacies. Some are soft, some are hard, some are tasty, some other are delicate, or sweet, or sour, but there is always a great deal of innovation and unexpected twists. The house black **** Mary is simply perfect, as well as the sake-based one. Drinks are served in a funny, elegant fashion, so really there's no way you'll be better off anywhere close this small town. Prices are in the high range, but not embarrassing for the excellent quality: absolutely acceptable. It's almost like a miracle a small town as Biella can get to this high level. Don't miss it.

I had the pleasure of hosting some colleagues for an aperitif, immediately we realized that we would have also had an excellent dinner. Attention! Not an apericena! Fortunately the omnipresent formula pays little and eat a lot of decongeled porcates simply does not exist! We had 5 different cocktails, all made by the very kind and professional Omar. With a simple interview, 4 questions, he has shaped the essence of each taste. We enjoyed the selection of aperitifs that consist of 4 items...ideate, realized and served, not brutally fried by the freezer or drained by a jar! We then continued with dinner and ended with dessert. A particular mention goes to coffee, it is not rare to find horrible brows in similar contexts, instead here you perceive a 'excellent mixture and a care for the machine that makes the difference! Nice or cheap? Boh, no matter...it was up to expectations and that's enough!

One of the few places in Biella where you are well, drinking special drinks and really well done. Special location and soft atmosphere, with background music that accompanies the evening. Beautiful and original, provided with wines, bitters and distillates.
