The best place in bielefeld. they should definitely visit! lamb was delicious! the best lamb I had in my life! beautiful choice.

So I wrote an evaluation on this restaurant in 2012. I loved this place, the lamb was excellent, the service was great, it was our place in bielefeld. we've been coming for 4 years. 2 years ago we even had our high-time dinner here. it was a small party with 16 people and the normal restaurant operation ran during our stay. the staff was excellent and very attentive. throughout the night, however, I have never seen the owner. when he was there, I thought it was nice to just talk to him for a second. Anyway, we came here about all three months after our high time. so this year it came this year that we were in the february last time. Last night we came in, glad to be back after so long, ordered as usual nr. 25 and 26, wein and aperitif, without looking at the menu as usual. So it comes to eat and it is something we didn't order, a lamb steak in a mushroom sauce and another lamb dish in a sweet sauce. we said no, we ordered no. 25 and 26, as always. it turned out that they changed the menu. 25 and 26 were now some other dishes. I was seriously mad, I said I didn't want to eat this, and the owner insisted that it was great. I said I'm sure it's great, but it's not what I ordered. Okay, I ordered it, but I wanted something else. Anyway, a short discussion, the owner offers me "an additional teller", what should I do with it? I wanted to have another dish, not an additional dish. ok, of course it's our fault that we didn't read the menu. I said, I just want to have my court, my court, which I always order, and he answered very offensively, yes, what should I do now? I didn't want to risk an open fight, so I said, hey okay, it's in order. I'll try. the lamb was perfectly prepared. eating was not bad at all. but seriously? we are regulars, we had ours there at the very moment, and that was just a bad misunderstanding, and all they say is "what should I do?" now, take care of the court I wanted. it was their chance for customer service. but instead he was very insulting, so we took it, and that was it. No other word than excuse or like "hey, I'm sorry, it didn't work." He just didn't want to deal with us and decided to get out for the simple one. we had our courts, we paid them, all right. Maybe they should think a little further. I'm sorry, almani, I liked you so much. the lamb is still good, but the owner is only a sweat. he always serves the great tables and the prosperous people because he is so important and with certain people is the best friend. but if he treats us as he did this evening, I hope he'll be hard on his face.

The restaurant is well located, but the service/cook (owner) was terrible. Maybe it was because it was too hot, but honestly very inappropriate for our asking. we will try again on an evening (maybe) but now no thanks.

This is our absolute favorite in bielefeld, so great lamb we have never eaten. the service is very friendly and professional and eating excellent. they only choose a main dish, there are a few small dishes, potato gratin and a small bottle ouzo, a Greek schnapps. every time we go there, I want to try a fish or bark dish, but then I have to get that lamb every time. it's just so good, I've eaten almost any lamb dish they offer, they're all delicious. go here!
