The Grillhouse - Bidwill

We ordered the Ribs and Wings Combo, the meal came out with 2 small chicken drumettes and a “rack of pork ribs” THERE WAS 2 RIBS $20 for this was an absolute disgrace, made a complaint and the Manager of the kitchen refused to give us our money back because we ate some of the meat off the 2 ribs which was mostly fat anyway! He Claims that because we got the free drink that comes with the meal that the size of the meal is adequate ! Pathetic! Also got the nachos, I had 2 chips from it, and notice that the bottom of the dish was covered with chip crumbs (I was so angry when I took the meals back I wish I took photos, cause you won’t believe it unless you see the photos) after accusing me of eating more than half of it! He reluctantly offered me a refund on only that! We are regulars at this place.. normally the food is great! We will never come back!!

Well packaged takeaway. Good quantity and the steak was cooked as I requested. Just a little too salty for my liking but it wasn’t unbearable. Ordered a dump steak, mash, salad and mushroom sauce. Good meal and good price

I've been visiting this restaurant on and off for a while, and when I first started coming here, the food was excellent – well-cooked and served promptly. The staff has always been friendly, and I have no complaints about them. However, my recent visits have been disappointing. The steaks have been thin and chewy, and they are rarely cooked to my liking. The pasta has a floury taste, and the chicken schnitzel was dry and overcooked. Additionally, one of my pet peeves is receiving appetizers at the same time as the main courses. While this last issue isn't necessarily the restaurant's fault, there's often a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the dining area. I'm happy to continue dining here, but I would appreciate seeing some improvements.
