Friday 9 December. Dinner of 4 families with children later. Popular dishes where even children from 9 to 13 years have forgotten for a day the classic cotoletta with fries . Beat of beef with Ligurian pesto powder of olives and crispy focaccia Roman Pinsa with burrata pumpkin cream and Jamaican pepper Black bread with nuts butter and Pitina delle Prealpi salame smoked in semolina crust Risotto with parmesan cheese with ravioli and rucola pesto Maccheroncini mushrooms roasted bread and vellutata of chestnut Congratulations to Chef Luca who with so much passion presented the dishes in a superlative way and reserved the whole room only for us. Thank you Luca!
Great welcome though they were already sold out for a themed evening. Good dishes and impeccable service, recommended if you are in the area
Small but cozy restaurant, dishes studied in detail and excellent raw materials. The risottos are excellent and the perfect cooking. The chef Luca sympathetic and attentive to the customer's comments. Sublime the fig tart made by the chef. Good price ratio. We'll come back and taste the seconds.
