Jardin restaurant at Hotel Silhouette

Lovely small hotel we only found by accident, we did not stay there but were wholeheartedly welcome to join the Live Jazz garden concert, very nice and friendly staff were attentive and served fabulous dinner and cocktails in the garden while swept away by fantastic Jazz Trio.

Monday, Thursday and Friday sees live jazz in the garden in July and August so well worth going those nights if you can. Very pretty shaded garden , tables inside as well if weather inclement. Very good service. Limited menu but all tasty, we tried the hake. Frites good too! Desserts to die for from Cafe Miremont. Overall a very good atmosphere. About 40 euros pp with a couple of drinks.

Having struggled our way through northern Spain and SW France trying to explain our vegan requirements, this restaurant was a wonderful surprise. Beautiful home made food and great service. Highly recommended.

A haven of calm and greenery in the heart of the city of biarritz, the silhouette hotel offers apes (or meals) to the sound of jazz in its garden. Depending on the different evenings groups occur and it is a treat that to be fooled by this music while enjoying tapas/ tortillas/jambon serrano/ cheese and drinking a glass of sangria comfortably installed in a armchair in the shade of the plane trees.

Went for dinner while there was a jazz concert in the garden. Great moment. The food menu is limited but quality is ok. Service is very friendly but it took time to be taken care of. A great experience all together. Crowd is international plus some locals, snobs.
