Contribuiți la feedbackNot to forget when in biarritz. English speaking waitress, eating good quality, fusion of japonaise and danois cuisine. overall I will certainly like to come back if I am ever around the city
WE had the Beetroot (strong aromas and excellent texture), Ceviche (Very good), Trout (Hal boiled with excellent taste), Octopus Tacos (Not to miss)
We had a really great meal, what an inviting husband/wife duo, they are friendly, have great service and the food is simply outstanding. A seasonal menu, our anchovy/ricotta appetizer and grilled turbot with roasted carrots could not have been better. What a treat!
Fully booked the first night we tried to eat here and are we glad we booked for the next night the menu is simple (and changes frequently depending on the season and the availability of local produce from sea and land) no...starters or main courses, just around 6 small dishes and 4 large(r) dishes, simply mix and match We had roasted beetroot, glazed broccoli, crudo maigre (like a sea bass ceviche) and a lightly cooked glazed trout a fabulous mixture of colours, textures and flavours The service was excellent, the young lady front of house was very friendly and helpful, and the two guys in the kitchen were calm and efficient All in all a fabulous experience and one we will repeat next time we visit Biarritz
If you are standing in front of the Caroe and discuss whether this or one of the other (probably also good restaurants on the street is your choice for the evening stop immediatly. Perfect food, incredibly surprising dishes, very nice service and an evening...you won‘t forget. Get in there! :
