The living conditions are not comfortable (dampness in the room, musty, unpleasant smell, bed linen is torn, does not match the size of the bed, lamps hang on wires and interfere with walking ..... The incompetence and biased attitude of the staff just rolls over. So, if a person does not take a suite, then he should live in such conditions ??? This is exactly what the employees told me. It's disgusting! Why do people pay more money. Take action.
