Mcdonalds - Bexley

Ordered a delivery.. This time no fries they pretty much the order wrong every time. Either my sons meal isn't there or a burger is missing. Never get dips. why go you ask? I really don't know but Sidcup MacDonalds is awful

I order a take order on just eat to be deliverd totally got some one eles order what is the problem that a fast food restaurant can not send the correct orders out.. incompetence staff. Surely they should check the orders first. Not a happy customer get your act together mc Donald's Sidcup to many mistakes... Not good enough

Ordered food through just eat got wrong food delivered, restaurant couldnt be bothered to help said it was just eats problem even though it was there driver who delivered the food not the 1st time this has happened wont usethem again

Missing items in delivery EVERY TIME! If they can’t manage the process they shouldn’t be offering delivery. Absolutely appalling and no customer care available.

We order on the McDonalds app for Sidcup branch and this is never given priority. What is the point in having it? From check in til receipt of order it took 24 minutes. Unacceptable. This is not a one off. Regular occurrence unfortunately. Also they prepare the ice-cream before the hot stuff is anywhere near done so it sits there melting
