Mcdonald's - Bexley

I used the McDonald's drive-thru to get food for my children. I was instructed to wait in the bay to receive my order, but after waiting for 20 minutes, my order never arrived. I went to the counter to inquire about my order and it was clear that they had made a mistake. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before my food was finally handed to me. Despite ordering a meal deal, the chips were missing. The staff were very inefficient and impolite. Overall, I had a horrible experience at McDonald's in Erith today at 7:20pm on Wednesday, October 4th, 2023.

As usual, no milkshakes available. So no meal deal, just ordered cheeseburger and fries. No cheeseburgers available. Parked up for 10 mins to receive warm burger and cold fries! Fast food!

Arrived and joined the queue for the drive through , there just isn't enough space during busy times to queue all the parking gets blocked. A car reversed out of a space and in to my car while I was waiting in the queue ! Avoid this Mcdonalds during busy times !

My daughter and I went to Erith Drive through. We were met by a Lovely staff member at Drive through payment window at 10.30am. Sorry I didn’t get her name. She was so welcoming and friendly and upbeat, even on this miserable grey, drizzling morning. Well done gorgeous. You have a good day too.

**** service, did not receive order. Bottled water was delivered in cups i.e out the tap, 2big macs were missing, chips were cold and the double quarter pounder with cheese had no cheese or anything other than the two burgers.and all they offered was a £4.80 refund totally unacceptable
