Awful... just paid a ridiculous amount of money for lunch that was so bad. Customer service was Awful from the cook staff. Grilled cheese for my daughter was burnt and they gave me attitude for asking for a new on. Never again

Don?t order curbside pickup, they won?t bring it out. This has happened to me 2-3 times so far so I thought a review was necessary. I waited in my car for over 10 minutes after notifying them I was there via the email I received and ended up justgoing in and grabbing my food from the ?rapid pick-up? section. The label on my food also said curbside pick-up so I?m not surewhy it was placed where it was.

The food, service, and cleanliness were all very good and what I expected. However, I inadvertently lost my phone there and called to see if they had it. They did but I could not retrieve it until the next morning. Employee Marlene had my phone and hadcharged it so it was at 100% when I arrived. Marlene is a friendly, welcoming, honest staff member who is a true asset toPanera! Thank you, Marlene!

Friendly staff, place is clean, good WiFi Great to get your caffeine hit and some work done in a friendly and welcoming environment

Spacious, with enough power outlets and decent enough wifi. Clean bathroom. The Sip Club is reasonable value and the pastries are good. The meal food is typical Panera, with small portions and average flavor, but there are several other restaurantsnearby.
