Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill

Great place for Mexican cuisine after visiting the spa. Definitely recommend if you are looking for Mexican food.

I ordered the hot honey and Nashville called Tacos and they were fine at best. To be honest, I think that roasted chicken is too long. The fried chicken was more crisp than anything. If they weren't roasted too long, they would probably be better. We also ordered the chips and queso that is plant-based. DONT ORDER IT. the queso literally came like soup. My partner and I looked at us and said cheese soup?? At the same time. It wasn't good. The highlight of our meal was the Horchata and the agua Fresca drinks refreshing and delicious. But that's not worth giving Sharkeys more than 3 stars.

I had much better Mexican food. Customer service is a little slow...

My 1 star is for Celica or Selica the curly hair girl very beautiful and professional. I came yesterday for a lunch and unfortunately the girl who took my order was rude, as some of the staff are not happy to work there. make me unwilling and not no! Sharkys need to train your employees, terrible customer service! Not like years ago.! I'm sorry not to come back.

I had the misfortune of visiting this location after many years of dining at other locations. Jose, the young man at the register was incredibly rude and dismissive. I elected to not provide my name for the order and I stead requested a number, out of privacy concerns. I ordered my food to go. After paying with my card, I had ask for a receipt. Apparently customers have to ask for a receipt instead of being provided one without asking. Then when I got my food it was on a plate as if I was dining in the store. I then had to ask for a to go box. When questioned Jose replied well you didn 't want to give your name so I marked the order for here . What? Where in the realm of common sense does that make sense? Jose seems to lack customer service skills or just has a lack of respect for customers. Rolling your eyes, back chatting and ignoring what the customer is asking for is not okay. I will never eat at this location ever again or as long as Jose is working here.
