Had the beef kabob on a baguette. Nice selection of add-ons. But nothing noteworthy over any other Mediterranean restaurant. Comes off as a “fast-casual” type place since you pay before and then get called up. But I went during slow hours around 3pm and it still took nearly 25 minutes for them to call my number AFTER going up to ask them where my order was, they even skipped ahead a few numbers. Service is awful and slow, don’t visit if you expect a quick bite. Small sandwich considering the $18 price tag, and the pita is small for $15. Nothing special for the price and experience.

Don’t let the reviews fool you!!! the service is really bad the first location is much more professional and caring On this location they will charge you extra 2$ for a to go box!!! after I spent 59$!!! Unbelievable Shnizel kebab and shawarma pita and 2 soft drinks!!! on top of that they make you wait over an hour and blaming you for not listening to there call when they didn’t even call you in the first place worst experience ever Food was mad poorly costumer service below average and frankly embarrassing you can get this food anywhere else nothing special at all

Eating is usually very good and the portions generous. Unfortunately, this time around eating was a big mistake. our pickup preorder of 2 sabich and 1 falafel pita were wrong. not only a little wrong, but devastatingly wrong. all 3 items had a yellow curry flavor sauce that was never ordered and unfortunately we all do not like curry. could be on all missing ingredients and burned falafel, but the point is made. would not have left this less than a favourable assessment if they had enough to answer their phone. it does not accept to perform. have they easy to eat their food over 40-50 times in the run of the years and it is really good in the rule. I will try them again and would highly recommend to eat them if not preorder them and pick them up. cannot fix a problem if they are not in the restaurant and the communication is not present.

The food is very good. The service is pretty bad due to an inefficient system (SLOWER than slow, expect to wait), The guys plating/cooking the food do they best they can, but they have to work in a system that is ill conceived (also note that they are latino and treated pretty badly by management and customers alike).. The folks working the register and management could give 2 sh-ts about good service and getting the order right. If you are not their targeted demographic, expect to be treated poorly, by management and customers alike.

Stay away ! These people are crooks. The last 5 times I ordered from this establishment I have had the worst experience. 1. I called in an order for crispy chicken plate and was told 15 minutes to pickup. When I arrived the same woman I spoke with on the phone said I never made the order and they don't have any more crispy chicken. I showed her the number I called of the restaurant and she said maybe It was a different employee this place used to be good so I do recognize her voice and that was a blatant lie) 2. Since they realized they can take advantage of their customers due to current inflation and shortages, they continue to send the wrong orders no hummus , no rice, wrong cabbage etc). 3. The last straw was tonight when cutting my daughter's chicken , I touched it and it was freezing. I cut it open and saw it was raw inside! Rice was freezing also! I ordered hummus, no hummus. I ordered red cabbage , we got white. The vegetables in the israeli salad are all old . These people think that we are stupid while almost every other restaurant is keeping their standards of quality albeit with higher prices due to inflation) and service. Shame on Dr sandwich! My kids used to love this place and now I guess we will be going to Taeem .
