The Orient - Bethpage

For my main course, I chose General Tso's chicken, which is usually my go-to order at Chinese restaurants. However, this dish was unlike any I had tried before. It was served in half a pineapple and, unlike the spicy versions I'm used to, this one was sweet and came with chunks of mango and pineapple mixed in. The portion was generous, beautifully presented, and I savored every bite. My father opted for the special, which was a salmon dish. When his plate arrived, it featured three impressively large fillets. He exclaimed that it was among the best salmon he’s ever had, and there was even enough left over for a doggy bag. Given the quality and quantity of food we enjoyed, the price was astonishingly low. I can’t wait to visit again!
