Zest +grille - Bethlehem

On September 4, 2020, we had an intimate wedding celebration for our daughter and her new husband. I can’t say enough how wonderful William Marshall, Events Manager was in arranging every detail. During these unprecedented times, weddings have been limited to immediate family. Yet, William, Kayla and the Zest team made the day perfect. The food was amazing, drinks were plentiful, the service was spot on and COVID compliant. I have already recommended to friends they should definitely try Zest for dinner and you should too. Zest gets !

This place and the people there are amazing! We are French and arrived in USA around the same date that the Zest opened in Bethlehem. We went there a lot of time, for a drink or for really tasty food! A week ago, we got married and we had the opportunity to do our wedding reception at the Zest. And it was perfect! Thanks to William who helped us organizing this event, we had a very very nice wedding and a lot of pictures to prove it. The menu and the drink packages of perfect for all kind of event and at every prices. So thank you again! See you next time!

Ordered the scallops and risotto entree and the 4 scallops were good but the risotto was disgusting. My friend got the same and he agreed. The food was just not worth 32 at all. Drinks however were some of the best I’ve had in a while. Server was excellent and the vibes and view made the evening amazing. Will definitely be back but may just stick to a drink and appetizer maybe

If you are looking for a nice place to have dinner with a view, Zest is the place for you. Request to sit outside and enjoy the view of Bethlehem as the sun goes down. With great service, great food AND great cocktails, you are sure to have a lovely night. I would definitely recommend Zest for a nice but not too fancy dinner for any occasion. Oh, and try the Short Ribs!

Great food, great service. This was the first time we have gone out in a long time thanks to Covid. The restaurant was busy and table spacing was pretty good. The service staff all wore masks and gloves. It was a little loud, both music and people, but if that doesn't bother you then you should go.
