Twisted Olive - Bethlehem

This restaurant offers excellent food at reasonable prices. They have unique appetizers, and their grilled artichokes are particularly outstanding. The slow-cooked lamb, which effortlessly falls off the bone and comes with a fantastic risotto, is one of my go-to favorites. The steak on a stone is another highlight—it's a spiced filet served uncooked on a sizzling 600-degree stone, allowing diners to cook it to their liking. This dish is always a hit! The only disappointment was the ribeye, which was a thin cut of lower-quality steak, which might explain its price of $31. Aside from that, we find the food to be fantastic and reasonably priced. The service is efficient and friendly. Overall, this is one of our favorite places!

We really enjoy Twisted Olive for its menu, service, and ambiance. It’s our go-to spot for hosting guests and friends from the city, as they consistently have a great experience with the food, the surroundings, and the friendly staff.

We dine here frequently and it is always excellent. Servers and service are always great and food is great. We always get the artichoke appetizer, Twisted Margherita pizza and Steak on a Stone with balsalmic gravy. Delicious!
