The Meadows Frozen Custard - Bethlehem

I've tried frozen custard in the past, but what I had here was far superior to anything else I've tasted. I enjoyed chocolate frozen custard in a waffle cone, and it was smoother than any ice cream-like treat I've ever had—even smoother than liquid nitrogen ice cream. I highly recommend getting a scoop (or more) from this place!

I highly recommend the large chipper—I order it every time! Priced at just three dollars, it consistently satisfies my hunger. With its creamy custard center and soft chocolate chip cookie exterior, a chipper from this restaurant never fails to impress.

The food was delicious! We received free ice cream cards, and the staff treated us as if we had purchased them. The service was fantastic, and all the flavors were delicious! I highly recommend this place! Keep up the great work, and may your business continue to thrive!

This was the BEST place around the Lehigh Valley to get custard not the typical ice cream!! I went last Saturday and to my surprise, it was clsoed with a note stating that the business is being sold sad day indeed! What happened that you guys are closing and selling the business? I hope someone buys the business as is becuase The Meadows is the only true custard place around.

I love, love this frozen custard. It tastes like very rich, creamy ice cream. In fact, it's ruined me for regular ice cream, which I never eat any more. I just eat the frozen custard from here.
