After reaching your points goal, you get only $10 off, not a free sandwich. Considering the price of one sandwich, I could make enough food at home to feed three people without dealing with any negative attitudes. If you're concerned about declining sales, I suggest paying attention to the feedback in the reviews; it could help bring in more customers. Above all, remember that "Service with a Smile" goes a long way! We work hard for our money and want to feel valued as customers. I'm adding to this review because it seems the only response from the management was regarding the prices, with no acknowledgment of the service issues or the lack of hairnets and barriers during food preparation. Manager, your response feels insincere! I genuinely hope no one reading this has a bad experience, but if you do, you've been warned!
Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The sandwich had too much bread, which wouldn't be a problem if the taste was better. The cheese was sliced quite thick, likely to compensate for the lack of meat, and it ended up overpowering the entire sub. The pickles and "hot" banana peppers lacked flavor as if they had been sitting out for far too long. My meal was paid for by my colleague, so I can't comment on the price, and I didn’t notice if the blonde cashier mentioned in other reviews was working. However, I definitely wouldn’t spend my own money here. If you're looking to support a local business, I recommend trying Dave's Deli in Bethlehem. But if you're set on going to a chain, Jersey Mike's is far superior to this place.
The food is decent, but I just gave them one final opportunity, and they completely missed the mark. This location has the slowest and rudest staff I've ever encountered in the food service industry, which is quite a statement considering I travel for 90% of my job. Where else can you wait an hour for a sandwich only to find it still isn't ready? This happened on November 8th at 6 PM.
Used to be really good and filling. Went there all the time. Not going to anymore. It's like eating a dry bread sandwich with very little meat n cheese brown lettuce, brown onion, and paper thin tomatoes. YUCK ????. LOUSY WHAT A SHAME. WAS MY FAVORITEPLACE. NOT ANYMORE.
Food is always good, even if the prices are high. The price isn?t why I took away stars, it?s because the blonde at the register needs to re-evaluate her attitude. I watched her roll her eyes at the man in front of me because she forgot half his order andthen proceed to tell me ?we don?t have veggie hoagies never did?. So of course I showed her where it was ON THE MENU. Don?t giveme attitude because you?re mad at your life choices. Based off reviews, I can see her bubbly personality is a daily thing.(Maybe take girlie off the register). I?ll go out of my way now to go to the one in Allentown, where they?re always pleasant.
