Moe's Southwest Grill - Bethlehem

It was our first time at this location, but the food was just as excellent as we remembered. The staff was also very friendly.

This is a very small restaurant that feels like a blend of Taco Bell and Subway. The ingredients are of high quality, although the prices can be quite high. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.

I submitted a complaint on Moe's website and then called the provided number, explaining that I was at work and unable to talk. I've sent a second message requesting the Moe's online team to email me, but I had to make another call as well. I can't shake the feeling that the Hackettstown location and this one are somehow linked. Overall, I feel completely frustrated as a customer.

To be honest, I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The Coca-Cola machine was always empty, and the portion sizes were quite small. The staff wasn't very friendly and even asked if we had a good ticket. Today, I arrived at 8:15 PM, and while the hours indicated they were open until 9 PM, the doors were already closed! I also found it absurd that they charged the same for a veggie meal as they do for a meat option, especially since other places typically charge less for vegetarian items. Overall, it felt quite ridiculous and overpriced.

It was good. There was a young lady behind the counter that understood it was my first time there and truly made the experience a good one. Restaurant was clean and food was good. I got the steak bowl and she walked me through there process! Very good service and I enjoyed the visit. Restaurant was clean!Food: 5/5
