J's Steaks Subs - Bethlehem

I usually love this restaurant, but it's frustrating that you have to call ahead to check if they're actually open. On several occasions, I've driven across town during their advertised hours only to find them closed. It's a real waste of time and gas. Food rating: 5/5.

The service was excellent; they got my order correct. However, when I received my usual order, the cheese sauce for my fries was just oil, which it shouldn't be, and it was quite unappetizing. They really need to improve the quality of their cheese sauce.

The best cheesesteaks in the entire Lehigh Valley, without a doubt. If you’re looking for an outstanding cheesesteak, this is the place to go. The service is excellent as well.

I ordered a 6-inch American sub, and when it was brought to me, the server mentioned that he had mistakenly used a 12-inch bun, which turned out to be a bonus for me. I appreciated it and was not disappointed at all. The flavor was fantastic, and the service was prompt.
