Applebee's Grill - Bethlehem

The 4th time here this year to eat. Previous 3 visits were better, but tonight was visiting a 2 star visit.1) other tables that sat after us to get there mealtimes while still waiting for order. maybe 30 minutes to get our order taken.2) had to remind waitress after the bill was electronically paid, children never got their drinks3) had to go the oreo cookie spin, children didn't even drank it, so I guess it wasn't important that the tassen were not filled. the first time it was, but was casual and tasted a bit.4) manager never came by to check on our table. server mentioned that he is new so he hoped to see her again and give her another chance. she watched her at a few other tables and she seemed personal, so could not bring me to leave less than 18%.

I usually enjoy dining at Applebee's, so we decided to give it a try for a budget-friendly meal. The service was good, but the food quality was disappointing. My wife ordered the steak with potatoes. She noticed right away that the potatoes were cold, most likely from sitting out for a while. They brought her a new batch that was hot, but she suspected they were just reheated leftovers. The steak had a strange taste, but she was hungry and ate it anyway. Later that night, she fell ill and realized that was the only meal she had eaten all day. It could have been something else, but based on past experiences with food poisoning, it seemed likely.

I called about 20 minutes at half an hour early to let them know that I sit in a party of 15 once before we ask our order in which we ask for split checks. to help the server. order our drinks my beer was flat hexe is not his fault, which he took it out of the bill. but our drink was not right, nor was he organized to sell it, even after we said who drank it. then a few drinks were never brought out. I worked 5 years to serve me and know the field. then the apps were completely wrong, so I asked a manager. instead of asking if everything is in order, he comes back and states in an unprofessional ton (our who came with 15 people) so I said (there is no need to get evil that I called before our party) and he still goes unprofessional. the manager comes here, does nothing about the situation his hired, but let him go on his layer and gives us a new hexe that the young man made great and polite. we get our bill and our children dessert was just cache off. corporate will get a call and not he is not a new server that my tante leads weekly there, and he is already one there.

I like these applebees. good food, cleaner place, faster, faster service. I like the two for $24. I can't beat this deal. I just had everything on the menu. the only thing I don't like is the fiesta lime chicken. to chew very bland. Apart from that, I enjoyed everything I got. my favorite is the alfredos mac cheese. really good margaritas also a fair price. great place for a fast toe.

During my visit for a hockey tournament, I found Applebee's conveniently located just a short walk from my hotel. The bartender and waitress, Heather, were speedy, accommodating, and incredibly friendly. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes, along with a couple of the $5 drinks. The meal was delicious and the service was top-notch.
