Ilana and Christine were welcoming and helpful and made it easy for me to narrow down all the great choices to the right one for my painting. I also appreciate that Framebridge ships the framed piece to my home so I don’t have to run another errand to pick it up. I’m a big fan of the entire process!

Pros: In store service was friendly, easy ordering, quick delivery. Cons: The joint work on the frame is sloppy and there are visible clumps of glue all over the back of the frame. Support your local frame shop instead.

You get what you pay for. In store advice on framing was weak at best and there are only a few frame and mat options most looked pretty cheap to me. The framing was nicely done and delivered early, but it came with plexiglass, not real glass, something that I hadn 't been made aware of. Since big discounts are available from many traditional frame shops (via Groupon type sites), I wouldn 't use Framebridge again for anything important. It 's a solid 3 fine for what it is but not really good.

Took longer than the range given for turnaround on multiple occasions. The product was fine, but when considering the consistent time delay, in-store experience, and value I would consider going elsewhere with my next piece
