True Food Kitchen - Bethesda

Had a great meal with friends at True Food today, and stayed for a while chatting with friends trying different items on the menu. The edamame dumplings were so fresh and tasty and healthy, food without guilt. And my personal favorite was the cauliflower appetizer which the entire table wanted to know how we could recreate at home. Reuben our waiter was so incredibly attentive and helpful. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

I was told I should come to true food for a high quality tasty healthy meal and it didn't disappoint. I had the turkey burger and it was not dry as turkey often could be. Our service was great as well our waiter Reuben was very sweet and attentive, especially given how long we stayed at the restaurant. We will be coming back.

I 'm vegetarian and like vegan food as well. The items on the menu always sound good, but I end up not loving them. Some of the flavor profiles just don 't mix well. They have great, unique beverages. Service is good. The hosts I 've met can be a bit abrupt if the restaurant is busy. Ambiance is good. At peak times it 's busy and loud, but that 's most restaurants. I 'd recommend giving it a try, especially if you 're vegetarian or vegan.

I love True Food. The menu is great and offers so many options. They can please everyone. But my favorite dish is the charred cauliflower. Hands down..the best cauliflower I've ever eaten.

If you're looking better healthy foods i recommend here they have so many options to pick from. To add on when you enter they greet you and get a pretty nice service from there. I say Smoked Gouda Turkey Burger with side with kale is the best one. I was confused on which one should i pick. But the server was recommending great foods for my party of 6. We had a good time today.
