The Cheesecake Factory - Bethesda

Had a great lunch at the cheesecake factory in Bethesda. Our waiter was amazing and very attentive. The atmosphere was of course nice because it was the cheesecake factory? Lol. Hadn?t was in years and grateful that not much changed. Menu was extensive and the drinks were great, even the Mock tails.

I had the Louisiana Chicken Caesar salad, and it was delicious! The portion was generous and satisfying. Our server, Giovanni, was very attentive and courteous. I would definitely come back!

Our experience might have started on the wrong foot with our waitress's rather harsh demeanor. It seems that the Cheesecake Factory may be known for only certain dishes and their cheesecakes (which we didn't order). The food was visually appealing and beautifully presented, but it just didn’t taste good. I’m sorry to say, Cheesecake Factory, but I'm giving you two stars today. I did enjoy the potstickers, and if that were all I had, I might have rated you four stars. I would have loved to try a cheesecake, but unfortunately, our waitress would still receive only two stars.

Wow, the wait here was absolutely ridiculous! We arrived at 5:00 and didn't get seated until 7:15, and this was on a day with no reservations. On the bright side, I found the Korean chicken to be quite satisfying, and my wife enjoyed the orange chicken, which she always finds to be consistently good.

Today while at the apple store in Montogomery Mall me and my son decided to go to Cheesecake Factory? Our wait time was told 25 minutes but it was less then that which was great our waitress Tamya T was beyond great and whoever was in the back making the drinks at the time I was there was well on point I loved everything from the atmosphere the greeter the person who sat us or waitress everything I was great. Me and my son really enjoyed our afternoon here today and yes we will return.. Thanks for excellent service
