Rockledge Cafeteria - Bethesda

Sad excuse for a cafeteria. I was there for a workout. I had brought food from home, but forget to take a spoon. sat in the cafeteria and the person on the theke, said 25 cent for a plastic disposable spoon. I asked if I could use my card because I don't have any money. the person said 4 dollars to use the card I remained hungry and a lection I learned I will never buy there. for a spoon that can buy u 50 for a dollar twenty from a dollar store, they lost a customer.

Curry Chicken salad sandwich was plentiful, well-seasoned, and used excellent raisin bread. I went to the area for a physician's appointment and may come back for the Rockspring Cafe.

My coworkers and I frequent this cafe because it is convenient and the food is pretty good. For the most part the staff is pretty friendly. Some can get a little snippy when it's busy but I understand. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good and are reasonably priced. I do wish they would put a little more cream cheese on their bagels. I guess I could just request it next time. The hot bar/ salad bar are pretty yummy but are pretty expensive. I guess that's the price you pay for convenience.
