Maki - Bethesda

Bethesda's best sushi spot offers generous portions of incredibly fresh fish and fantastic takoyaki. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible as there are no stairs or ramp, but the entryway is flat. Service is for dine-in only during dinner, with prices averaging between $30-50 per person.

I ordered takeout from this restaurant and it was fantastic! I'm from California and was impressed with the generous portions of sashimi. I highly recommend it.

I don't know the name of the lady who works the midday weekend shift, but I have witnessed her go above and beyond for customers. She once ran out of the restaurant to return a child's toy they had left behind, and offered her own cough drops to a coughing customer. This exceptional customer service, combined with delicious sushi, is why I give this restaurant 5 stars. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch.

This was the most mediocre food I have ever experienced. The katsu was extremely dry and the pork belly was overcooked. Definitely not worth the high prices they're charging. The service was okay. We dined in for lunch and spent about $30–50 per person.
