Hinata Sushi Carry Out - Bethesda

My husband and I are huge sushi fans, and we’re fortunate to live near Hinata Sushi, where we frequently place orders. The sushi is absolutely delicious! During the hot summer months, we appreciate it when our sushi is packed with ice to keep it fresh and cool. Thank you, Hinata!

The sushi is really fantastic. Be prepared to wait a bit if you are planning to order in person. So, it’s best to call ahead, as it’s a small shop with limited throughput. The sushi is great though.

Such a sweet lady at the counter. She noticed I was looking for something and asked what. I said natto and she offered to call me the next day when they get their next shipment and hold onto some packs of it for me. I felt like I was back in Japan again with that level of hospitality. Also I was ecstatic when I was finally able to have some natto which is hard to find where I’m from.

We love stocking up on Japanese rice, soups, snacks more at Hinata. It's almost like being in a family business in Japan, the owner is always pleasant helpful in either English or Japanese. I think it's her husband running the small sushi counter there are customers (to go) whenever we shop. Parking at a reasonable rate (or even free) is in the city garage 2 doors away. We love this store!

Very friendly! Eat and shop in one single place! Even the daily specials are made to order! My new sushi spot!!! We will definitely be back!
