Wow! I just had some of the best smoked grilled meat I've ever tasted since moving from the South to the DMV 17 years ago. These ribs are so good, they'll have you defending your plate from your mom! LOL The mac and cheese is perfectly baked. I can't wait to try more items from the menu. Hardy BBQ Food Truck is the real deal!!!!

I picked up half a rack of ribs and some wings yesterday. I can't stop licking my fingers—they were delicious! I'll definitely be coming back again.

We had a wonderful experience trying various dishes at the new Bowie location. The pork was outstanding, the ribs were incredible, and the fried chicken was delectable as well!
