Bibibop Asian Grill - Bethesda

I received my order with all the sides missing. My kids really enjoy BIBIBOP, but unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had issues with missing food. In the past, it’s been lemonade that didn’t arrive, and today, it was the additional protein cups, worth a total of $9. The app doesn’t provide an option for written feedback, and when I called the store last time, I had a long wait and dealt with a rude staff member who wasn’t willing to help replace the missing items. As much as we love the food, we're considering stopping our orders due to the poor customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The beef was well-seasoned, and the toppings were healthy choices. I would definitely return for lunch. Having flavorful healthy options is important, as it encourages people to choose healthier meals. Additionally, the interior decor was quite comfortable.

This was my first visit to this location, and they serve larger portions of food. I absolutely love it!

Excellent. Just as good as the one at Pike and Rose. The Korean Beef and Noodle Bowl is beyond expectations. Just the right amount of heat with the gochujang sauce on top. FYI, they did have a bit of a fruit fly issue in the seating area when I was there, but management is aware and taking measures to eliminate it. Also appreciate the free miso soup!
