The food at this restaurant was delicious, but the service was lacking. Even though there was no one else waiting to order, we were still made to wait for a while. There were only two staff members working, and it seemed like they were understaffed. However, they did manage to get our food out relatively quickly considering the circumstances. The place could definitely benefit from some upgrades.

Transport me to another world! Once again, I am in my happy place. There's nothing quite like a well-prepared red meat burger from their skilled lady chef. I have been a loyal customer of BGR for years. You can stop by any time during their business hours. My burger was assembled so perfectly, I didn't even know where to begin with my first bite. In my opinion, the messier a burger gets as you eat it, the better it tastes. Just be careful of your fingers! And let's not forget about the French fries and onion rings - they are fried to perfection. For those still enjoying red meat, I highly recommend paying them a visit. The char-grilled flavor of the burger paired with fresh tomato, lettuce, and raw onions makes for a simple and satisfying meal.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The burgers, particularly the Western and Wagyu varieties, were decent but overpriced at $12+ with cheese. The Pretzel Bacon burger was too salty for my taste. The extras, such as the chocolate shake for $6, were not up to par either - it was icy and not creamy, reminding me of shakes you can get from 7-Eleven. The garlic parmesan fries for $4.5 were the worst part of the meal. They tasted like raw minced garlic on mediocre cafeteria fries, which was a strange combination. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. However, due to the disappointing food quality, we won't be returning.

The burger had a delicious char-grilled flavor, crispy bacon, and a slightly salty patty. The onion rings were thinly sliced and had a beautiful crispy texture.

This is one of the few places that actually serve burgers cooked rare! The variety of combinations are all delicious or customers can create their own masterpiece. The sides include thick cut steak fries, sweet potato fries, or onion rings. No matter what you choose, it is sure to be a great option.
