I order via kfc app and this the 3rd time something is missing from the order. If its not the drinks or the chips. Why do I as the customer need to double check all the time? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am very, very disappointed in your staff and would prefer to give them a zero point. Myself and a pastor went there to have a sit down and have a chat but the place was very noisy. We were sitting in the right handside corner. We were the only customers there. It sounded worse then a tavern and all the noise came from the staff behind the counter. I later stood up and went to go speak to them about it. They did not take notice of me and just carried on. This was very unprofessional and were breaking down your business Mr owner. These workers are worst then hooligans. Screaming and shouting on top of their voice that we ckuld not hear ourselves. Get rid of them all because they are destroying your business. Not because it's the northen areas that means that customers should be handle like that. We end up leaving and not buying anything from your shop. I will definitely not go back to that shop again. I will be taking up the matter with KFC south africa because you are a franchise and your staff is destroying their good name.
